Ingredients:

Adjust Servings
2serving pasta of your choice
1/2cup soaked beans of your choice ( the smaller the better)
1cup water
1 - 1 1/2cup tomato sauce
1/4cup kalabasa, diced
1cup leafy green- mustasa, pechay
dash italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.
Boil the pasta noodles. Drain. Set aside.
Mark as complete
2.
In a pan, place the water and the beans to boil.
Mark as complete
3.
When beans are tender and water has evaporated a little, add the tomato sauce.
Mark as complete
4.
Add the kalabasa.
Mark as complete
5.
When the vegetables and beans are tender, add the greens.
Mark as complete
6.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mark as complete
7.
Layer the sauce on top of the noodles and serve.
Mark as complete
