Ingredients:

Adjust Servings
1pack vermicelli noodles ( good for 4)
2tsp sesame oil
1 onion, diced
1tsp curry powder (adjust to taste)
1 juice of lime
4cloves garlic, chopped
1-2tsp coco sugar
assorted vegetables of choice
optional: Add fried tofu

Directions

1.
Blanche vermicelli noodles.
Mark as complete
2.
In a pan, add the sesame oil.
Mark as complete
3.
Add the onions.
Mark as complete
4.
Add the lime juice, coco sugar, curry powder, toyo mansi and garlic.
Mark as complete
5.
Add all the vegetables and sauté.
Mark as complete
6.
Add blanched vermicelli. Add fried tofu if desired.
Mark as complete
7.
Salt and pepper to taste .
Mark as complete
