Greek Alugbati Rice

4cups cooked rice ( red, brown or white will do) | |
5pc sundried tomatoes, sliced thinly | |
10 olives sliced in half | |
2cups alugbati, sliced in strips |
Directions
1.
In the pot where the rice was cooked, combine the olives, sundried tomatoes and alugbati with the rice.
Mark as complete

Turn on the stove to low heat.
Mark as complete

Begin to mix the rice and all the ingredients until you see the alugbati wilt a little bit. This will take 3 to 5 minutes.
Mark as complete

Add salt and pepper to taste, and its ready to serve!
