Ingredients:

1/2cup carrots, chopped
1/2cup celery, chopped
1tbsp garlic, chopped
1tbsp onions, chopped
2cups vegetable broth or mushroom broth
1cup dried monggo
3cups tomato sauce
1tsp dried oregano
1tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

1.
In a pan, heat a little oil.
Mark as complete

Add the garlic, onions, carrots and celery .
Mark as complete

Add the monggo and the stock.
Mark as complete
4.
Cook monggo until softened.
Mark as complete
5.
Add tomato sauce, Italian herb mix and oregano
Mark as complete

Simmer till flavors blend.
Mark as complete
7.
Serve on top of pasta.
