This drink was created by my daughter Rosanna came up with this drink. Its her favourite way to get her greens in without having to eat them all, which can be a slow painfull process! This way, anyone drinking it will enjoy the smoothie and get their greens in one gulp.

Adjust Servings
| 1bunch native pechay ( whole, no need to trim any parts except roots) | |
| 1whole buko with meat | |
| 1 banana |
Directions
1.
Crack open the buko and scrape out the meat. Put all in a blender.
Mark as complete

Add the banana and pechay.
Mark as complete
3.
Blend till all ingredients are combined.
Serve with a smile!
