Ingredients:

1cup cooked rice
1cup sitaw, blanched
1cup shitake mushrooms
1cuo oyster mushrooms
2cups pechay
1cup leeks
2tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
1tbsp soy sauce
2tsp rice vinegar
2tbsp brown sugar
2tsp garlic, minced
1tbsp water
2tbsp sesame oil
4tbsp gochugang (pepper sauce)

Directions

1.
Blanche the leeks and sitaw for 2 minutes in hot water.
Mark as complete

Sauté the peachy in sesame oil, adding salt to taste. This takes the place of the traditional spinach.

In a pan, sauté the mushrooms in sesame oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mark as complete

Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Arrange the bowl
Put one cup of rice in the middle of the bowl.

Arrange the different vegetables around the rice.

Place the sauce in the middle.
