1cup boiled kadyos ( pigeon pea) | |
1cup tomato sauce | |
1clove garlic, chopped | |
1/2 onion chopped | |
1tsp paprika | |
1tsp chilli powder | |
1/2tsp salt to taste | |
1 saging saba, cut into strips |
Directions
1.
In a sauce pan, put the tomato sauce, garlic and onions.
Mark as complete

Stew for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked kadyos.

Add the salt, chilli and paprika and stew for 10 minutes until flavours come together.
Mark as complete

Saging saba
Slice the banana into strips, lengthwise.
Heat a teaspoon of oil, and fry till the sides are crunchy. To opt for an oil free version, the Saba can be baked.
