Ingredients:

Adjust Servings
1teaspoon fennel seeds
1teaspoon cumin seeds
1teaspoon coocnut oil
2 pieces cardamom seeds
1/2teaspoon cinnamon powder
6pieces camote, skin on and diced

Directions

1.
Heat a pan. Add the coconut oil.
Mark as complete

Add the spices, except for the cinnamon and toast for a minute.
Mark as complete

Add the diced camote and coat the pieces in the spice mixture.
Mark as complete
4.
Add 2 cups of water. Boil till camote is tender.
Mark as complete
5.
Pour the boiled camote and the water in a blender and puree till soft.
Mark as complete
6.
Put the puree back in the pot. Add hot water till desired consistency is achieved.
Mark as complete
7.
Add the cinnamon powder and salt to taste before serving.
Mark as complete
